Incorporation
TRIAB (NIG) LIMITED was incorporated in the Federal Republic of Nigeria, on 9th June, 1987.
The company has been involved in International Trade, Hotel/Restaurant start-up and Consulting, Management and Supplies.
By the end of the year 2002, the company made a drastic change in its operations. The year 2003 was the start of operations in the Oil Servicing field. This was made possible through the exclusive technical support given by ALERT TECHNOLOGIES, leaders in the field of LEAK DETECTION, in the United States of America.
Since 2003, the company’s main line of business has been Leak Detection Testing in Underground Storage Tanks (UST), and Aboveground Storage Tanks (AST).
The Upstream sector of the oil industry utilizes ASTs for storage of Crude Oil, while the Downstream sector stores petroleum products in ASTs, and retails these products mostly in USTs, in Filling Stations across the Federation.
The Petroleum sector has continued to be backbone of the Nigerian Economy as well as the highest foreign exchange earner; contributing over 90% of the nation’s foreign exchange earnings and 80% of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP).
Our customers are the Foreign & Domestic Major Oil Companies, as well as Independent and Industrial Consumers.
In the year 2006, the company diversified its operations in the Oil related sector of the Nigerian Economy, and created a Construction Division, in addition to the Leak Detection.
